Salmon by itself is tasty, but sometimes it needs a little kick. The lemon is familiar, while the caraway seeds give the salmon a little crunch and nuttiness. I make this pretty regularly when salmon is on sale at the supermarket.
|Lemon Caraway Salmon is delicious.|
- 2-3 oz salmon
- 1/2 tsp caraway seed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Press caraway seeds into both sides of salmon
- In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
- Add salmon, and cook through until it flakes easily with a fork
- Add butter to top of salmon. Let it melt
- Add lemon juice.
