Fit Snack March 2015 Review: The Total Taste Package

Review: Fit Snack March 2015
My Fit Snack box arrived Friday afternoon, just as snow started to fall outside my window. Happy first day of spring, right? But the box definitely made up for that! I got:
Sweetwood Cattle Co. Beef Jerky: All-natural and gluten-free make this a winner before I even opened the package, but the taste had me sold.  It was peppery and delicious, just a hint of sweetness to top it off.
Keen One Quinoa Chocolate Nut Crunch: These tasty quinoa bites were ephemeral. I loved the blend of dark chocolate, nuts, and raisins to balance them out.
Biosanes Magic Cookie, Oatmeal Raisin: I giggled a bit at the concept of a magic cookie. It’s billed as a meal replacement and packed with fiber and protein, but it wasn’t as tasty as I had hoped. It had that chalky “healthy” aftertaste, so I wasn’t as happy with that part of it. Great idea, though.
Flamous Falafel Chips: Fit Snack included both the veggie version and the spicy version, but I sadly cannot eat either due to the nightshades. They look delicious though. Theyre gluten-free, non-GMO, and totally vegan.
Mov’It Energy Bites: I got two packets of these in the Fit Snack box.  I haven’t tried them, but they look interesting for a pre-run snack.
Detour Smart snack bar: This oatmeal bar looked and tasted delicious. My Fit Snack box included a blueberry flavored one. It’s made with whole grain oatmeal and drizzled with Greek yogurt, and its a fantastic morning snack.
Bio Coffee: I received one packet of this, and it’s alkaline coffee! Since the psoriasis diet is heavy on alkaline foods, I’m so excited to try this!
Wowbutter: I’m already familiar with this delicious peanut butter substitute, since both of my children weren’t allowed nuts of any sort until they were three. I love this stuff: the protein is high quality, and the Omega 3 fatty acids are a definite bonus.
Bonuses: Fit Snackalso included a burlap drawstring bag, which is perfect for urban grocery shopping or farmers’ markets. The back of the card explaining the goodies also included a March Madness workout: a circuit workout that is all body weight exercises you can do in your home with no equipment other than a mat.
Verdict: Bravo, Fit Snack! I love the snacks and love the workout.
