Who doesn’t love getting pretty blue and white boxes in the mail? It’s not from Tiffany & Co.; it’s from Fit Snack, which is pretty useful to me!
And on to the goods…
Bite Fuel Red Berry Protein Granola Trail Mix
is my absolute favorite out of this entire box. It’s got 12g of protein per serving, great for my constant struggle to get more protein in my diet. And it’s tasty! I love how crunchy it was and what a great snack it made, with just the right amount of sweetness.
Breakout Protein Bar in Coco Nutty
was pretty tasty. These bars are handmade and boast high fiber, high protein, and zero added sugar. I’m not a coconut fan, but I still liked the bar. It was kind of chewy and not too sweet.
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
are something I’ve already tried and liked. They’re high in protein and Omega 3 and Omega 6, and they’re great to use in overnight oats, salads, or stirred into yogurt. They have kind of a nutty taste.
Love Grown Foods Super Oats in Brown Sugar
haven’t been eaten yet. The card suggests using the Super Oats plus an egg to make a whole grain pancake. I can’t say that sounds like a bad idea. It actually sounds really good.
Amoda Tea Matcha organic matcha green tea also hasn’t been tried yet. I do like green tea lattes, so I’m looking forward to trying it in my next one. I can also toss it into a smoothie or protein shake for a boost of antioxidants.
Green’s Best Organic Superfoods – well, I’m not sure about these. (That’s probably why I haven’t tried them.) I’ll try this powder in my next smoothie or shake and see how it tastes.
Fuel 100 Electro Bites are for endurance athletes, like runners and cyclists, to use as fuel. They’re rather GU Chomps-ish, but instead of being sweet are a little salty.
Overall? It was a pretty solid box. As usual, Fit Snack included a card explaining what everything is, plus a bonus ab workout on the back of the card that can be done anywhere to strengthen your core.
