Sometimes, your WODs are going to suck. (I’m looking specifically in the direction of the Assault Air Bike, the newest torture device at my box and the one thing that makes me appreciate rowing.) Instead of whining through it, I try to look at the inspirational quotes on my knee sleeves and remember why I’m doing it. In the spirit of getting through a tough WOD, here are 15 CrossFit quotes to inspire you:
