Happy New Year! As 2016 comes to a close, I’m re-evaluating a few things. I’m making new resolutions and refocusing my fitness and nutrition efforts. I’m looking back on the top 10 fitness posts of 2016 and planning for a great 2017 full of posts.

The Really Honest Fabletics Review: It’s no surprise that this was the most-read post of 2016. I wrote it in January, and it had all year to garner page views. Bottom line, this is why I hesitate to enter into long-term ambassadorships.

Finally, a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Houston!: All I can say is, it’s about time. I had missed shopping at Dick’s when I moved. The new Dick’s at the Baybrook Mall is gigantic and full of great merchandise.
