July came and went – and so did the Fit Snack July Box. As always, I made sure I had enough time to test out as much as possible in this box, which Fit Snack was kind enough to send me in exchange for an honest review. The Fit Snack July Box was packed with treats, and it came with a card explaining what the main goodies were. On the reverse side of the card, Fit Snack included an ab workout.

Standard Fit Snack July Box Items
The Fit Snack July Box main snacks included:
Amazi Plantain Chips – these sweet organic plantain chips are roasted, not fried. They’re a great alternative to unhealthy crunch snacks. I hesitated to eat too many of them because nutrition information wasn’t printed on the label.
Fawen Drinkable Soup – the Fit Snack July Box included the broccoli and cauliflower flavor. I drank it chilled. It really did taste good, and it’s a great way to get in a serving of vegetables.
Kracnola Vitality Clusters – admittedly, I didn’t try these. The granola clusters contain a lot of fiber, according to the description on the card. They’re also handcrafted and supposed to be quite crunchy.
Nutty Goodness – I have to admit that I didn’t try these organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, kosher fruit snacks. I couldn’t time it right with carbs, so I have them on my list for a post-workout snack soon.
Hippeas Organic Chickpea Puffs – these completely satisfied my craving for a crunch snack! They’re organic, gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO and contain fiber and protein. Oh, and they also taste really good. These Far Out Fajita puffs had a kick to them thanks to the chili, paprika, and cumin used as seasoning.
Nutiva Chia Seeds – I haven’t had chia seeds in ages. As far as chia seeds went, they tasted fine and had the usual chia seed texture.
Take5 – this relaxation shot won’t make you drowsy. I probably should down it, but I’ve been avoiding it. I’ll take it when I need it, I guess. Use the coupon code FITSNACK25 to save 25% off your purchase.
Some Protein-Packed Bonuses
The Fit Snack July Box bonus items included beef jerky, a turkey meat stick (like a giant Slim Jim, but made with turkey), a protein topping for salads, and a Buff Bake cookie. Jerky and sausage are always winners with me. The sweet and spicy combo of the Chops Beef Jerky worked well. I’m always up for a good protein snack. The Buff Bake cookie (white chocolate peanut butter) did not actually taste like peanut butter. I think this was the first Buff Bake cookie I didn’t like. I also received some Wise popcorn, which satisfied my constant craving for popcorn.
Overall, I received a very solid Fit Snack Box last month, and I’m looking forward to August. What was your favorite item in July?
